The collaboration with BAW Business Applications, now Dynamity Group GmbH, enabled the implementation of a central ERP template based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. This solution optimised key business processes across sales, purchasing, production, logistics, and invoice processing. Through the integration of automated warehouse and logistics systems, a packaging robot, and mobile applications, Baumit further increased operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The implementation, continuous development, and support partnership has been ongoing since 2014 and currently covers eight European countries. Baumit is currently migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with the final rollout planned across 22 countries and 60 locations.
