Disclaimer

Safety is important to us

1. Content of the Online Offer
The author assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are fundamentally excluded unless there is evidence of willful intent or gross negligence on the part of the author. All offers are non-binding and without obligation. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate notice.

2. References and Links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("links") that are outside the author's area of responsibility, liability would only arise if the author is aware of the content and it is technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent the use in the event of unlawful content. The author hereby expressly declares that at the time of setting the link, no illegal content was recognizable on the linked pages. The author has no influence on the current and future design, content, or authorship of the linked/referenced pages. Therefore, he expressly distances himself from all contents of all linked/referenced pages that were changed after the link was set. This statement applies to all links and references set within the author's own internet offer as well as to foreign entries in guest books, discussion forums, and mailing lists set up by the author. The provider of the page to which reference was made is solely liable for illegal, incorrect, or incomplete content and, in particular, for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such information presented, not the one who merely refers to the respective publication via links.

3. Copyright and Trademark Law
The author strives to respect the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences, and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences, and texts created by himself, or to resort to license-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences, and texts. All brands and trademarks mentioned within the internet offer and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the respectively valid trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention alone does not imply that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties! The copyright for published objects created by the author himself remains solely with the author of the pages. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences, and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the author.

4. Data Protection
If there is an opportunity within the internet offer to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of this data by the user is on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services is — as far as technically possible and reasonable — also permitted without providing such data or by providing anonymized data or a pseudonym.

5. Legal Validity of this Disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet offer from which reference was made to this page. If parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer, or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.

We attach great importance to data protection. The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and process your personal data in order to offer you the portal mentioned above. This statement describes how and for what purpose your data is collected and used, and what choices you have regarding personal data. By using this website, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your data in accordance with this privacy policy.

1. Responsible Party
The responsible party for the collection, processing, and use of your personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is:

Dynamity GmbH
Erlenstegenstr. 5
90491 Nürnberg
Phone: +49 911 4775 39 01

If you wish to object to the collection, processing, or use of your data by us in accordance with these data protection provisions in general or for individual measures, you can address your objection to the responsible party mentioned above. 2. General Use of the Website

2.1 Access Data
We collect information about you when you use this website. We automatically collect information about your usage behavior and your interaction with us, and record data about your computer or mobile device. We collect, store, and use data about every access to our online offering (so-called server log files). Access data includes the name and URL of the accessed file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, message about successful access (HTTP response code), browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL (i.e., the previously visited page), pseudonymized IP address, and the requesting provider.

We use this log data without attribution to your person or other profiling for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, security, and optimizing our online offering, as well as for anonymously recording the number of visitors to our website (traffic), as well as the extent and nature of the use of our website and services, also for billing purposes, to measure the number of clicks received from cooperation partners. Based on this information, we can provide personalized and location-based content, analyze traffic, search for and fix errors, and improve our services. We reserve the right to subsequently check the log data if there is concrete evidence of illegal use. We store IP addresses for a limited period of time in log files if this is necessary for security purposes or for the provision or billing of a service, e.g., if you use one of our offers. After the order process is canceled or after payment has been received, we delete the IP address if it is no longer required for security purposes. We also store IP addresses if we have a specific suspicion of a crime in connection with the use of our website. Furthermore, as part of your account, we store the date of your last visit (e.g., when registering, logging in, clicking on links, etc.).

2.2 Email Contact
When you contact us (e.g., via contact form or email), we store your information for processing the request and for follow-up questions. We only store and use further personal data if you consent to it or if it is legally permissible without special consent.

2.3 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website by the site visitors is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Alternatively to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, you can click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete the cookies in your browser, you must click this link again): Disable Google Analytics

2.4 Legal Basis and Storage Duration
The legal basis for data processing according to the above paragraphs is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our interests in data processing are in particular to ensure the operation and security of the website, to analyze the manner of use of the website by visitors, and to simplify the use of the website. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we store personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued.

Your personal data is transmitted securely by us. This applies to your orders and also to customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system, but we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. To secure your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures that we continually adapt to the state of the art. We also do not guarantee that our offer will be available at certain times; disruptions, interruptions, or failures cannot be ruled out. The servers we use are regularly carefully secured.

In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing ("contract processing"), we contractually oblige processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.
