An omnichannel retailer with over 10,000 employees is growing. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce as the central supply chain management system, a future-oriented IT architecture was created that supports this growth.

The Microsoft partner BE-terna was able to write a success story with this complex cloud ERP implementation project for several thousand users in a successful collaboration with Dynamity.

Dynamity was responsible for the rollout in the areas of design, implementation and rollout of over 100 integration scenarios with Microsoft Dynamics 365, BizTalk Server and Logic Apps. In particular, the connection of the online store, third-party cash register solution, logistics systems and data warehouse enables the automation of numerous omnichannel business processes.
